Built around your home
What care homes need from a delivery partner
Pharmacy-to-home logistics
We collect prescription medicines from your nominated pharmacy and bring them to your home, so staff are not tied up with pharmacy runs.
Coordinated resident deliveries
Medicines for several residents can travel on one scheduled drop, with additional stops on the same route priced per stop.
Scheduled and urgent options
Agree a regular scheduled drop or a dedicated round, and book an urgent same-day delivery when a prescription changes.
Authorised handover
Deliveries are handed to authorised members of your staff at the home.
Delivery tracking
Every booking has a delivery reference. Anyone with the reference can follow its status on our delivery tracking page.
Delivery records
The status of each delivery is recorded in our system, giving you clear records to support your home's own record-keeping.
