Commercial terms
- Prices subject to confirmation following route assessment.
- No VAT is added to our prices: Karken Healthcare Ltd is not VAT registered.
- Private individuals: before you pay, we confirm a fixed final price, which is the total you pay.
- Invoices issued monthly for contracted accounts.
- Payment terms: 14 days for new organisational accounts; 30 days only where expressly agreed by Karken.
- SLAs available for regular pharmacy and care-home routes.
Special Handling: Temperature-sensitive or high-value medicines require prior assessment and written agreement. Additional charges may apply.
