- Whether you want standard or same-day priority delivery
Good to know
- You will be asked to confirm you have the recipient's consent for us to collect and deliver for them.
- Delivery instructions are optional. Please never include medical or medication details.
- You can check the price for your postcode before booking.
- Our service is for adults aged 18 and over. For someone under 18, the request must be made by a parent, guardian or other responsible person or organisation.

Rates depend on your postcode. No VAT is added to our prices: Karken Healthcare Ltd is not VAT registered. Before you pay, we confirm a fixed final price, which is the total you pay.

Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. Anyone can request a collection using our online form. If you would like to follow all your delivery requests in one place, you can create a customer account and sign in at any time.
Can someone else receive my delivery?
Yes, if you have authorised them. Your delivery can be handed in person to a family member, carer or other person you have authorised. Tell us their name when you book, using the delivery instructions box. We only hand medication to you or a person you have authorised.
What if I'm not in when you deliver?
We do not leave medication unattended. If no one authorised is available, we will not complete the delivery; contact us and we will arrange a second attempt or a re-delivery. Charges for these are shown on our pricing page.
What should I put in the delivery instructions?
Anything that helps us deliver, such as which door to use or who will receive it. Please do not include any medical or medication details.
