From request to handover, step by step
Karken MyMeds collects prescribed medication from pharmacies and healthcare providers and delivers it to the people it is for. This is how a delivery works.
The process
Three clear steps
1.Request a collection
Send the collection and delivery details online, or speak to our team. Pharmacy partners arrange deliveries through their portal.
2.Secure collection
Once the booking is confirmed, a Karken driver collects from the pharmacy or healthcare provider, following our safety and security procedures.
3.Tracked delivery & confirmation
Follow progress with your delivery reference. We hand medication over in person and record the handover as proof of delivery.

Individuals and families
Check the published rate on our quote page and send a request. We confirm a fixed price; you accept it and pay online, and we confirm the booking before we collect.

On the day
Careful handling, clear information
Handed over in person
We hand medication to the recipient or a person they have authorised. We do not leave medication unattended.
Track by reference
Each booking has a reference you can use on our tracking page to see its latest recorded status.
Proof of delivery
For every completed delivery we record when it was handed over, who received it and the driver’s confirmations.
What we do not do
- We do not give clinical advice or make decisions about medication: we collect and deliver.
- We hand medication only to the recipient or a person they have authorised.
